How to Become a Dignified Young Lady

Be confident in your intelligence and sophistication. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Have excellent manners at all times! Read up on etiquette and never swear or be crude. Be very polite to everyone.
Stay healthy and fit: exercise, eat well, get enough sleep, be neat and organized, and keep yourself clean.
Keep a very stylish wardrobe. The clothing ideas listed below are for retro formal wear. Casual style is not included here because you should be original, creative, and unique! You could even make your own clothes.
Stay cultured and educated. The key is to read loads of books, both classic and new. Stay up to date on music, movies, books, plays, current events, and politics. Play an instrument or have another creative hobby. Love making and viewing art. Take part in meaningful and intelligent conversation.
Be respectful and helpful to your family, especially elders. Their wisdom can be invaluable.

Be friends with all nice people, regardless of differences. Classy ladies do not exclude or gossip.
Be quiet and agreeable, but confident and assertive. You are responsible for your own decisions. Keep that in mind!
Be kind to everyone in all circumstances. This, above all, is the mark of true dignity.

How to Have an Attractive Personality

Jealousy isn't a pretty thing, but it's an emotion that springs out in the best of us. Perhaps you have a crush on someone and your fed up of you're bubbly confident friend always stealing the limelight, making your crush laugh and joke around. Maybe you feel invisible, awkward or are unable to strike up a conversation in social situations. Don't worry, it is hard to be in a world where it seems everyone around you has an attractive personality and you don't. Remember: you are beautiful, and no one is any better than anyone else.

Construct a list of things you love about yourself! Are you great at making people laugh, are you compassionate and loyal, do you smile and uplift the atmosphere or can you turn negatives into positives? It can be anything, and as simple as you like!

Do something different. If you're shy in group situations, do something out of the ordinary. Find something you're passionate about and do it! Join clubs outside and inside of school, find a hobby or expand on an existing one. For example, if you love writing like I do, join writers groups in the library, start your own blog and talk about this hobby! By doing so you will encourage others to do the same as your confidence grows and grows

Have fun. People who love to laugh and don't take life too seriously will attract others. Remember life's too short to care what people think, just be yourself and express it in as many ways as possible!

Laugh at yourself when you've done something silly and don't worry. people who can make fun of themselves are hilarious.

Watch comedians and funny TV shows !. it will uplift you and show you that you have a great sense of humour, you just need to have conversations and show this off!

Watch TV! Read! Go out! It will give you something to talk about!

Write down your worries, grudges and any negative thoughts in a journal and rip it up. Forget it all. Yes, there will be times when people or annoy you or something doesn't go your way but you've only got one shot at life so release the inner grudge and start afresh.

Sort out your day! Open the windows, blast your fave music, throw out the crap and tidy up. You'll find old diaries and things you've kept forever. Read them, look at everything you've achieved and realise what a great person you are.

You can never have enough friends. Families are also important, so spend time with people, listen to their stories and make memories with them. simply taking a walk will boost your positivity.µ

Exercise and eat healthily, and sleep well!

Display yourself positively. The most attractive thing is happiness and confidence, by doing the above you will become happier and more confident but don't get frustrated if you feel nothing, be patient.

What Positive Thinking actually is

In our daily life we hear a lot about the term positive thinking that it is the key to successful life, it brings you peace of mind and happiness etc. But most of us don’t know exactly what positive thinking actually is.

When we read the words positive thinking we probably imagine a person who is positive all the time, who is living a life of denial, who is always pretending everything to be going great even when it isn’t. We also imagine this person to be hiding his true feelings and living in a positive illusion without having any consideration of reality. But this is not what positive thinking is all about. It is not the denial of reality, it is not making a fool’s paradise for yourself.

Well, positive thinking is about controlling the way you feel and look at your circumstances and situations instead of letting them to determine how you feel. If you are like most of the people then your thoughts and feelings are easily affected by the situations you face. You behave and think according to your underlying beliefs. Beliefs are actually thoughts about particular situations which are, through repetition, consciously or subconsciously, settled deeply in your mind. Your beliefs decide what is reality for you irrespective of what it actually is.

Whenever you face some negative situations, you start having negative feelings and your beliefs trigger negative emotions further. Positive thinking is about changing your negative beliefs into positive ones. When you have positive beliefs your thoughts change and you will observe a whole new world unfolding in front of you. You will start looking for positive aspects in every situations instead of negative ones only. You start having confidence in your abilities and likelihood of your success at anything increases. Positive thinking brings you peace of mind and happiness. You no longer fear negativity.

Its little hard to change your settled mental beliefs into positive ones. But change can be brought this I can assure you. It takes time and effort to do so. But the outcome is worth of the effort. You will become a positive thinker.

5 ways to Be Yourself

You hear everywhere that you should be yourself if you want to develop your personality, but how to be yourself? Being yourself doesn’t mean that you start behaving in a reckless and nonsense manner without even thinking anything. That way in not being yourself. Being yourself actually means that you act as the real person inside you. You first need to identify the real you, then act in that way. If you try to be someone else totally different from your real identity then you will certainly make fool of yourself. You have to remember the key here: people will like you the way you like yourself!
Ways to be yourself

I am sharing below the ways in which you can act in order to be yourself. Actually these are the aspects of your identity which you need to adjust according the real person inside you. You have not only to be yourself but also be the best of yourself to have an attractive personality. Be the best of yourself in these areas.

Personal grooming

Being yourself in case of personal grooming means doing it the way you truly like instead of what people like. Dress yourself the way you feel yourself attractive. You don’t have to think whether your way of dressing is from latest fashion or not, or it is not what other people are doing. Groom yourself the way you feel attractive be it your hairstyle or dressing or anything.

When you groom yourself the way you like, you feel yourself attractive. This feeling is reflected in your behavior. And people will also start finding you attractive the way you are. But on the contrary, if you try to groom yourself the way you don’t like but it is from latest fashion or other people like it, then you won’t feel yourself attractive. The same will be reflected from you and others will also feel the same for you.

Be honest in your behavior with other people

You don’t need to try to alter your genuine behavior in order to please others. Some people try to change their behavior according what others expect from them. They make false compliments just to impress. Some are having bloated ego, they don’t compliment anybody even if it is really meaningful. Be yourself in your behavior. If you really like something about someone, don’t hesitate to appreciate it. Don’t make any false praise if you don’t like it. Express yourself honestly. Honesty is the best policy you can adopt.

Have courage to give your real opinion wherever asked

Whenever you are asked for your opinion, don’t give it according to what the other person wants to listen or not. Say what you really feel. When you give honest opinion about something to someone, you are actually helping him/her better. Nobody likes a person who is giving wrong opinions just to please them.

Sometimes it is difficult to say what you feel but you should do it. Don’t think that people will dislike you for this. Actually they will like and trust you for your honesty.

Never try to show off what you are not

Some people I have seen are always trying to show off. And generally they show off what they are not. They think that this way others will get impressed but nobody is fool. Everybody understands what is real and what isn’t. Showing off won’t get you anywhere except disrespect from others. For example I have seen some people try to show that they have very good sense of humor even if they haven’t. They keep on making poor jokes and make fool of themselves.

Some people try to show off themselves as more intelligent than they are. You have to be what you really are. Remember you are best when you are you, you don’t need to pretend to be what you aren’t.

Do what you really love to do, develop and chase your true passion

Most people aren’t following their passion. You don’t have to hide your talents and skills. Never worry what other people will think of you. Some people don’t follow their passion just because they think they aren’t good enough but you don’t have to think that way. If you keep on waiting for perfection it will never come. If you have passion for music, any sport or any other activity, then don’t hesitate, go for it.

In what line of work you currently are? Is it in your field of passion? People keep on doing the work which is considered socially decided for them, but they never try to think outside the social conditioning. Be careful while choosing your career. Think if it is the work you really want to do. Be yourself while choosing the work you do.

How to build Self Confidence

Self confidence is something which is required in every walk of life. Be it your relationships, career, goals or feeling of happiness, you need to have confidence in yourself to have better of everything. Without confidence your performance cannot be at that level you want. Extent of feeling of self confidence is different in different areas. You may feel confident about your completing of the tasks and solving problems, but at the same time you may feel under-confident at public speaking. So you need to know about yourself, in which areas you feel confident and in which you don’t, so that you can develop your confidence in those particular areas.

But how will know about in which areas you are confident and in which you aren’t? The answer is not very difficult to find. Success and confidence, these two things go hand in hand, or coexist. If one is there other has to be there. So if you observe a successful person, you will find he is having self confidence in himself. On the other hand, if you aren’t successful in some area, you need to build self confidence in that area.

Tips to build self confidence

People think that self confidence is something which some people have naturally and it can’t be developed. But this is completely false. You can develop confidence in any area you want. All you have to do is to change the way of your thinking and the way you feel about yourself. You need to take some actions to build self confidence. The important ones are shared below.
Respect yourself, have self esteem

The first step to build self confidence is to respect yourself.
If you can’t respect yourself, no one else will. You need to have high self esteem. You might have seen, the people who don’t respect themselves feel that they aren’t good enough. This is the same way everyone else feels about them. On the other hand people with high self esteem are confident. You need to learn to appreciate for what you are. You have to love yourself.

Focus on your positive side

You have both sides, positive and negative. When you focus on the positive side, you feel confident and when you focus on the negative side you don’t. To build self confidence, look at your strengths, qualities, talents and skills, and feel good about them. You should know your weaknesses also but you don’t have to dwell over them every time. Think about your past successes instead of your failures. Failures are the mistakes you have to learn from and nothing else. The key to feel confident is to have dominant thoughts of your mind about the good in yourself and about yourself.

Taking actions

You fear doing things in which you don’t feel confident. But when you start taking actions anyway in spite of your fear, you gain experience and the next time you do that thing you feel more confident. Two things fear and self confidence, can’t stay together. When you feel the fear you don’t feel confident, when you feel confident you don’t fear. To remove fear from your mind the best thing you can do is to work on your fear. Every time you work on what you fear, fear diminishes and you build self confidence.

When you lack confidence, you try to give excuses to yourself like you would do it when you’ll have better circumstances, better health or more money, or acquired perfection in some skills. Remember, the best time is now, if you keep on waiting for the things to become better then you won’t be able to take action. Take action now, you may feel the fear at first but let it be done. At the end you will feel confident definitely.

Don’t compare yourself with others

Do you, like many other people, compare yourself with others frequently in every possible area? I also used to compare myself with others until the day I realized how useless and how harmful it is. Today I am going to show you why you shouldn’t compare yourself with others. Actually this very act of comparing creates many roadblocks in your way to self-improvement and personality development. You can’t be yourself when you are comparing yourself with others. This way you create a desire to be that person with whom you are comparing yourself. If you observe successful people, do you think they compare themselves with others? They don’t that’s why they are what they are.

It is pointless to compare yourself with others

Is there any point in comparing yourself with others? Generally you compare yourself with others in some specific area like your work performance, your social relationships or reputation, your achievements etc. But just think are you having the same qualities as those people are having? You might think that you have some qualities in common on the basis of which comparison can be made. But that is meaningless too. Your performance in any area isn’t governed by any single quality, other aspects of your life are also there which create the difference.
For example you and your friend have similar areas of strengths at your workplace, so you may compare yourself with him. But your performance is not only dependent on those similar strengths, but also on other things like your mental state which is affected by your outside circumstances like family, relationships etc. which aren’t same as your friend’s. The same is true for any other area. All the aspects collectively decide your current state of affairs.

So this is meaningless to compare yourself with others because you are not the same person as any other person on this planet. You are genuine and unique. You are your own type. And this is the way every other person on this planet is.

Why it is harmful to compare yourself with others

Okay, you may have agreed that comparing yourself with others is useless. But is it sufficient reason to quit this habit of comparing? If not, then let me tell you the harmful effects of this, after that you will definitely quit this.

When you compare yourself with others, whatever you get is the false information. When you compare yourself with a person in a particular area in which you are better than him, you feel a false sense of satisfaction. This is nothing but negative satisfaction. Many people are addicted to this. They compare themselves with others to feel superior.

On the other side, when you compare yourself with others in some area in which you feel they are better, you feel miserable and have a feeling of pity for yourself. This erodes your confidence in yourself, and you know very well the value of self-confidence. This makes you feel low. All this is definitely going to affect your performance.
Another area which is affected when you compare yourself with others is your personality development. How you feel about yourself is what others feel about you, because you can’t help in showing in some way your real inner feeling. And you can’t be yourself when you constantly compare yourself with others. This is because comparing gives you wrong information on the basis of which your behavior is determined and you deviate from your true self. When you are not in alignment with the real person inside you, you can’t expect to have an attractive personality.

With what you should compare yourself actually

Now you might be thinking with what you should actually compare yourself? You have to compare yourself with the real person inside you. Compare, are you being yourself? Compare yourself with what you really want to become. Have you really achieved those qualities which you always wanted to have? Are you having that personality you always wanted? These are the areas where you should actually compare.

You don’t have to compare yourself with others to have a happy and fulfilling life. You and only you is going to decide what you want to really achieve.

HEALTH TIPS: DRINKING WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value.
We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning befoore brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day. 6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure / control / reduce the following main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active. This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals .. not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. . Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal..
A serious note about heart attacks: ·
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting, · Be aware of intense pain n the jaw line. · You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. · Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. · 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.. · Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this post shares it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

6 Ways To Build Unbreakable Confidence From The Outside In

There are a million different resources and pieces advice out there from “experts” on how to build confidence, particularly self-confidence. A vulnerable and anxious population consumes this guidance like they are starving for it… probably because they are. The dream of being able to overcome all fear and self-imposed limits by simply reading some advice is a very tempting dish indeed.

After lifetimes of being subject to images and ideals that they cannot possibly live up to, people start to feel like they are “less than”. This fear of being a substandard human being drives some of us to seek guidance, bringing us into contact with the murky, over-crowded world of self-help products and services.

Look, some of the stuff out there is good – I know, I’ve tried most of it. But some of it is very misguided and, frankly, delusional. People who lack self-confidence themselves can take a basic, theoretical knowledge of psychological research and use it to excrete volumes of garbage about how to build self-esteem and confidence. They then charge copious amounts of money for this drivel, which usually makes you feel great temporarily but does absolutely nothing to change your long term situation.

I’m not going to pretend I know it all. But what I do have to offer is that I have completed the full journey, from shy, “nice” and trying to please everyone, all the way through to where I am now. And where is that? What does being confident mean to me? It means that these things now occur in my life where they didn’t before:

1 I regularly seek out opportunities to push boundaries and expand my comfort zone, running towards fear rather than away from it

2 I can go into a situation full of anxiety and yet quickly push through that to enable me to feel competent and at ease

3 I feel comfortable being honest in all situations.

4 Rather than hide my views I express them, calmly and diplomatically where required, but also without compromise

5 I place my needs above everything else. I am selfish about developing my life and inner-self because I know that ultimately the people in my life will benefit from me being a better person

6 Most importantly from my point of view, I can’t remember the last time I felt jealousy or envy, and it’s been many, many years since I entertained the idea of wanting to be anyone else

So how did I get to this from being a “nice” guy that did all I could to avoid confrontation and anxiety-provoking situations? Well, it wasn’t easy! But in worked. by DAN MUNRO

Self confidence is the most attractive quality a person can have. how can anyone see how awesome you are if you can’t see it yourself?” – xoxo; MANKA

11 Actions You Can Take Today to Discover Your Life’s Purpose

You are in the last hour of your life. Your time has come. You have a flashback, it’s your life, from birth to death. The good times, the bad times… It’s all there.

What will you see?

Will you have regrets?

Will you feel fulfilled?

Is this possible?

Make Discovering Your Purpose Your Purpose

Discovering your purpose isn’t something that magically occurs. It requires that you take intentional action.

This isn’t rocket science. It’s just logica

11 Actions You Can Take Today to Discover Your Life’s Purpose

This all sounds nice and dandy but let’s get practical. Below I share with you 11 actions you can take today that can help you discover your life’s purpose.

1. Write out Your Life’s Vision

Take out a pen and paper. Imagine that 5 years have passed. All of your dreams have come true.

Where do you live? How do you feel? What are your hobbies? How much money do you make? How do you make money? What people are in your life? What people are no longer in your life? How do you spend your days?

The more details the better.

Then after you write the vision, answer this question:

What 1 action can you take today to start moving towards that vision?

Then take that 1 action.

2. Start a New Hobby

What is that one thing you have been claiming “I would love to do this if…”

Want to learn a new language? Start a badminton club? collect stamps? learn how to sow?

It doesn’t matter what it is. If you want to do it, it’s great. Go do it.

3. Volunteer In Your Community

Choose to volunteer for something you find really interesting.

High quality people like to volunteer. They are nice, giving, and enjoy meeting new people. So not only will you get to be around great people but you also might happen to discover your purpose along the way.

Worst case scenario you spend a day making the world a better place. Best case scenario: you discover your purpose. Win-Win.

4. Answer The Million Dollar Question

Sit back, take a deep breath and answer the following question:

If you had a million dollars, what would you do with your life?

One of the major impediments to discovering your purpose is the money excuse. You buy into this lie that it’s impossible to make money doing what you love. So, you don’t even bother to search for your purpose.

The first step is to find your purpose, then later you can find a way to make money doing it.

5. Take Action Without Thinking

All too often you have a wonderful idea that’s going to change the world (or at minimum your world) and then the “voice of reason” comes in.

Sometimes it’s our own voice. Sometimes it’s from peers or family. The problem with the voice of reason is that it’s often lame, boring, lacks any sense of adventure and is… WRONG.

So, answer the following question based on your gut instinct:

What do you want to do with your life?

Great! Now don’t make any excuses. Just take the first step. If you don’t know the first step then your first step is to identify the first step.

6. Use Fear to Guide Your Actions

Sit back, and grab a piece of paper and a pencil. Answer the following question:

What are you deathly afraid to do? I’m not talking about a little bit afraid… I’m talking about pee your pants scared. What is it?

Fear is an indicator that something truly matters to you. Therefore you must identify that which you fear and then do it.

Commit to conquering this fear. Start with baby steps.

What action can you take today that would move you towards eventually destroying this fear?

7. Personify “Your Purpose”

Let’s make this personal… Literally. Imagine that your “purpose” was a human being. In fact, they are next to you right now.

What would this person be like? Would it be a man or a woman? What does it look like? how does it act? What types of activities does it do? What kind of relationship do you have with your purpose? Is it a marriage? a friend? a business partner.

Have fun with this one. You’ll be surprised how much it reveals.

8. Read Inspiring Books Everyday

The greatest impediment you face to discovering your purpose is your own self doubt. Therefore it is critical that you defend yourself against these woeful voices of doubt and insecurity.

The simple way to do this is to commit to read 30 to 60 minutes of inspiring books everyday. Imagine feeding your mind with some of the greatest and most inspiring thinkers in all of human civilization.. everyday.

Do you think that will impact your sense of possibility?

Heck yes it will.

As you read more, your sense of possibility will increase. As your sense of possibility increases you will start to be more comfortable exploring potential purposes because you will know that you can find a way to make it happen.

9. Plan Out “Purpose Exploration” Activities

Look at your schedule this week. Write down 5 actions you will take to start discovering your purpose. Book it just like a doctors appointment. Write in the day and time that you will do it.

Don’t know what action to take? That’s easy. Just choose 5 from this post and add them to your calendar’.

10. Commit 60 Minutes to “Life Reflection”

A while ago someone said that “experience is the greatest teacher”. That’s wrong, experience isn’t the greatest teacher. “Experience reflected on is the greatest teacher”.

Set 60 minutes aside this week to think about your life. Grab a pen and paper and just write. Ask yourself the big questions:

What makes you happy?

What do you want to do with your life?

What impact do you want to have on this world?

Write. Write. And write some more.

You will be amazed at the insights that come out of this.

11. Imagine The Impossible Then Take The First Step

For just one moment, imagine that you could do anything in the world you want to do. So, if that were possible, what would you do?

If you were going to do that one thing, what is the first step that you would need to take to make it happen?

Now, take that first step.

Above all else you must take action if you are going to discover your purpose. Take a breath… A big deep breath. Then answer the following question:

What 1 action am I going to take today after reading this post?

Then immediately take it.

GENEVIEVE NNAJIS INTERVIEW WITH YES MAGAZINE

In an exclusive interview with Azuh Arinze of Yes Magazine, Genevieve Nnaji talks about finding the right man, her relationship with Kunle Coker and plans to go back to school. Excerpts...
How did you come into the movie industry?
"I have been acting since I was eight in Ripples. That was how I got into acting. For movies, I think that should be in 1998 in Most Wanted. I met Torino (Emeka Ojukwu) in a bus and to my greatest surprise, he recognized me from Ripples. He asked me why I left the industry and later invited me to the audition for Most Wanted. I got a role. A waka pass and that was it."

But the story we heard was that Kunle Coker brought you into Nollywood and both of you even dated
"Yes, Kunle Coker was actually my boyfriend, but he did not bring me to the industry.

Is it true that you dumped him for Fred Amata
"Fred Amata? I've never had anything to do with Fred Amata. I used to call him uncle, so I don't see the reason why I should date Fred. We are just friends."

What would you say is the worst story ever written about you in the press?
"So many bad things. But the one I hated most was the one about Fred Amata and I. It hurt me so much. I don't know where they got that story from."

Tell us about the first time you fell in love
"I think we met at a show. This was when I was in secondary school. (Her baby daddy). We shared a lot of things in common - singing. It was a case of two compatible people who were so much in love

So what eventually happened?

"Relationships sometimes come to an end."

What's your greatest wish?

"That God continues to bless me. Especially with the right man and a good family."

It's like you are eager to get married
"No. The thing is just that there comes a time in your life where everything is going fine and all you can say to yourself is after this, what next? After everything you have to get married as far as you're a woman.

Why have you not furthered your education?

"Life is not the same for everybody. Some people are lucky they come out of secondary school and go straight to university. Mine was different. But I'm determined. Definitely I'm going back to school. I wanted to make money. I love my money. I cherish my own money. So I will go back when I make enough. But even while I'm there I won't stop working."

What part of a man's body do you like most
?
"A man's chest, from the belly up.

Where do you hope to be in the next ten years?

"In the next ten years, I know I will be married with kids. But I think it all depends on what God has fashioned out for me. I know I will still be in the entertainment industry or the fashion world."

Life has no smooth road for any of us; and in the bracing atmosphere of a high aim the very roughness stimulates the climber to steadier steps, till the legend, over steep ways to the stars, fulfills itself.
